TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition runs from 18 November 2020 to 23 December 2020 on the following radio stations:

Jacaranda FM
Heart FM
East Coast Radio
Ukhozi FM
Umhlobo Wenene FM
Lesedi FM
Thobela FM
Motsweding FM

To enter, share your special family meal moments on Facebook or Twitter, using the #FestiveSimpleJoys, and make sure to tag the radio station so they know you've entered.

Entries can be in the form of a story, a video or a photo on social media.

From 18 November – 13 December, there will be 1 opportunity a week to win on the radio station, with the winner being announced on the Sunday midday show on 22 and 29 November, and 6 and 13 December 2020.

From 14-23 December there will be 1 chance per weekday to win with the winner being announced in the afternoon drive show, on 14-18 and 21-23 December 2020.

The stations will choose entries from all the hashtag and tagged posts relevant to them, and the final winner per day will be chosen by the DJ on the day.

The winner will be rewarded with a R5 000 grocery voucher from either Pick n Pay or Checkers, with their choice of retailer being confirmed once they’ve won on-air.

Coca-Cola will endeavour to send the winning Grocery vouchers to winners within 14 days of winning, however if there are delays the winners will be informed when to expect the prize.

Coca-Cola and the above-mentioned radio stations will not be held responsible for SMS charges, data charges or phone costs incurred while participating in this competition.

The judges decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged once confirmed.

Coca-Cola and the above-mentioned radio stations will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason whatsoever and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating.

If a winner chosen does not comply, their entry will be disqualified, and a new winner will be chosen by the radio station.

In the event that a winner cannot be successfully contacted, is ineligible to accept the prize, or contravenes the terms and conditions of this competition or of Coca-Cola and the above-mentioned radio stations, the prize will be forfeited.

A representative of Coca-Cola will contact the daily winner to confirm their contact details and will require cellphone number details for the delivery of the grocery voucher (delivered via SMS).

Coca-Cola and the above-mentioned radio stations reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Employees of Coca-Cola and the above-mentioned radio stations, and their immediate family and friends, are not permitted to enter the competition.

By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
