“Radio is my first love”, said Lorraine “Lady L” Mahlo. This highly innovative, versatile and competent lady was born and raised at Mantheding Ga-Dikgale.

Lorraine Mahlo started her career in radio at a well-known community radio station Radio Turf , while she was still a student at University of Limpopo.

“That feeling of knowing that you are not only providing entertainment to people  but also providing information that touches people’s lives, motivated me to further my studies at University of Witwatersrand Radio academy”, said Lorraine.

In 2015 she joined Thobela FM  as a producer of a talk show that deals with legal issues “Molao o reng“. Currently, she is  a producer  of Notsa todi show which is aired between 11h00 to 13h00 Sunday. Amongst her talent she is also a poet and motivational speaker who believes that women can do it all.
