An excellent public speaker who is passionate about telling the stories of African people, she aims to contribute positively towards the growth of not only her province and her country but the entire African continent.

Nkgadimeng Kekana was born and bred in Limpopo.
A journalism graduate from the Tshwane University of Technology, she is
broadening her horizons within the media and entertainment industry. Kekana
is also a graduate from the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute.

An excellent public speaker who is passionate about telling the stories of
African people, she aims to contribute positively towards the growth of not
only her province and her country but the entire African continent.

Having had worked in the newsrooms of the likes of SABC, eNCA and ANN7, she
has plenty of experience. At the age of 23, Kekana was already co-hosting a
programme for the public broadcaster called Film South Africa.

During this time, she had the opportunity to interview the likes of the then Arts and
Culture Minister Paul Mashatile and award winning actors in the film
industry.

At age 22, she was working alongside journalist Chris Maroleng organising
interviews with the likes of former President Thabo Mbeki. Kekana was also part of Energy FM, where she hosted the current affairs show, Energy Conversations. During this time she had the opportunity to interview the premier of Limpopo Stan Mathabatha and many members of different political parties in South Africa.

She can bedescribed as a hard-working, persistent, young lady who takes her craft seriously.
