The wait was over, it was time to stand up and celebrate the huge milestone that had arrived, listeners and admirers of Mahlakung came in their numbers to meet and greet the voices that they hear weekday’s on their favourite radio drama Mahlakung, during the 2000 episode celebration at Sweetphops Blood River.

While the technical producers and writers were introduced by the Executive producer Mr. Makwela Lekalakala and the producer Ms. Molebokgeng Mokgebo, the actors announced themselves by giving snippets of their acting on stage, the crowd was drowned by the entertainment and no one wanted to move from their seats.

The Mahlakung crew ended the day by cutting cake and sharing it with their listeners in celebration.

Mahlakung is on air Mon - Thurs(19h45-20h00) Fri(20h05) with the omnibus playing Sunday 22h00.
